Standard nationwide shipping. Fast, fully tracked, and free on all Subscribe & Save orders.

Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 12 PM EST dispatch the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 12 PM EST process the next business day.
  • Our fulfillment center operates Monday through Friday and is closed on weekends and major holidays.

30-Day Policy

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking info.

Unopened Items

For safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened goods. Items must be in their original, sealed condition.

Contact Us First

You must contact support before sending any items back to receive a valid return authorization number.

Proper Packaging

Items must be returned in proper protective packaging to prevent damage during transit to our facility.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected by our quality control team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Original Payment Method

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 days, please first check with your bank or credit card provider as processing times can vary between institutions.

Do you ship internationally? +
Currently, we only ship within the United States and Canada. We are working hard to bring Bouff to dogs everywhere! Sign up for our newsletter at the bottom of the page to be notified when we launch in your country.
What if my package is lost or stolen? +
We're sorry to hear that! If your tracking says delivered but you haven't received it, please wait 24 hours as carriers sometimes scan packages early. If it still hasn't shown up, reach out via our Contact page within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will make it right.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering? +
If your order hasn't shipped yet (usually within the first hour), contact us immediately and we will do our best to update it before dispatch. For Subscribe & Save users, you can update your upcoming default shipping address anytime through your account portal.
How do I start a return? +
To start a return, please head to our Contact page and send our team a message with your order number. We'll verify your order meets our 30-day unopened policy and provide you with the return shipping details. Please do not ship items back without an authorization, as they will not be processed.
How long does a refund take to process? +
After we receive and inspect your return, it typically takes 5-7 business days for the funds to appear back on your original payment method. Please note that some banks may take additional time to post the transaction to your account.
